The client was maintaining its sales lead data and tracking in Excel format. Consolidating the data at zonal level, dealer level. Sales engineer level was time consuming and tedious. The client was exploring a better sales lead management solution.
Krios developed GrowVAC – a web portal to provide a single place where everyone can view and manage their own leads. Appropriate system user roles were defined and access rights were provided to ensure data security.
GrowVAC is a system which can track all leads generated from prospecting to the win/loss outcome. It has visit management and quotation modules to manage respective process activities, generate 10+ reports to provide sales insights at different levels.
Moving from legacy Excel based sales lead tracking to a sophisticated web based led management was a welcome step for the client with more user acceptance, more operational control and enhanced sales insights.
